The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Nohèdes is a quiet mountain village and we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet.

At your arrival we make sure the house is properly cleaned and well taken care off. We expect you to treat the house the same way. When you leave make sure: all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are properly cleaned, all garbage is taken out to the garbage bins in the village, all lights are turned off, the heater is turned off, the coffee machine, nespresso aeroccino, the oven, dishwasher and fridge are clean. Before your departure notify us off possible broken or damaged objects .. The fee we charge for cleaning is does not mean you can leave the house behind without doing the above described normal rules. When we need to do cleaning out of the ordinary we will charge this separately at €40 per hour. We offer you our house with respect for you, we expect you to return us the house with respect for us too. :-)
